Dr. William C. Jones was born in Joplin, Missouri and received his undergraduate degree from Pittsburg State University.  He went on to graduate from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine and started his practice in Claremore, Oklahoma in 1969.  He was in private practice in Claremore (Jones Podiatry) until his recent retirement in 2019.  He practiced for 40 years and was privileged to be able to work side by side with his daughter, Mary Johnson, DPM,  for the last 15 of those years.  When he wasn’t working, he could be found either fishing, golfing or spending time with his wife, 5 children and 16 grandchildren.
